Caramel Banana Ravioli Bites

  • Package of Nasoya Won Ton Wraps
  • 1 banana
  • 6 tsp of Amoretti Salted Caramel Icing
  • 1/4 cup of Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil, for pan frying
  • Maple Syrup, for drizzling
  • Powdered Sugar, for sprinkling
Preparation Method: 

Thinly slice the banana into 24 pieces. Place pieces in a bowl and mash with a fork.

Scoop banana mash into Nasoya Won Ton Wraps. You can use any brand of won ton wraps, but I liked Nasoya because it is all natural, contains no MSG and I've grown to trust the brand, starting with its non-GMO organic tofu. Add one tsp of Amoretti Salted Caramel Icing to each wrap. Again, you can use any brand of icing but I recommend Amortetti because it’s sweet but not sugary, as all the icings are flavored with real fruit and cold pressed juices.

Seal the won tons by folding the wrap diagonally so the opposite ends meet. Use water to seal.

Drop won tons into frying pan with Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil and fry until golden brown on each side.

Place won tons on plate and top with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
