12 Nasoya® Won Ton Wraps
1.5 cups cooked chicken breast (or vegetarian chicken)
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup red onion, diced
6 tbsp shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp cilantro

Optional: Replace 3/4 cup chicken with 3/4 cup canned black beans.


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss together the chicken, barbecue sauce, and red onion.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Carefully push one won ton wrap into each muffin cup. Fill about halfway with the chicken mixture. Top with 1/2 tablespoon of cheese.
  4. Carefully press another won ton wrap on top and repeat by filling with chicken and topping with 1/2 tablespoon of cheese.
  5. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until won tons are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Top with cilantro and a drizzle of barbecue sauce if desired.
