Oil for frying


  1. Cook sausage in pan, then add eggs and cheese. Scramble eggs, sausage, and cheese. Remove from heat and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Place filling in middle of wrap sheet. Brush the corners with egg and fold.
  3. Dip egg roll wrap in egg and fry for about 6 minutes or until brown on both sides. Enjoy!
