1 Package of Nasoya Organic Baked Tofu Teriyaki, cubed
4 oz broccoli slaw
2 tbsp hot sauce
4 oz grape tomatoes
4 oz multigrain croutons
⅓ cup Follow Your Heart® High Omega Vegan Ranch

Preparation

  1. Prepare the buffalo tofu salad In a large bowl, combine the cubed tofu, broccoli slaw, and hot sauce. Toss to mix well.
  2. Divide the Buffalo tofu salad into 2 servings and top with grape tomatoes and multigrain croutons.
  3. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Bon appétit!
