1 cup Nasoya® Organic Silken Tofu
1 can chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 to 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (1 if you want a mild taste, 2 if you want more of a kick)
1/2 tsp adobo sauce (from the can of peppers)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, plus a sprinkle more for topping
- Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chickpeas.
- Put everything in a food processor until smooth and fully combined.
- Serve as a dip with pita chips or veggies, or as a sandwich/burrito spread.
