Ingredients

12 Nasoya® Won Ton Wraps (from 12 oz package)
Nonstick spray
2 tbsp butter
2 medium pears, peeled, cored and chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray medium muffin tin with nonstick spray. Press one wrap into each muffin tin; spray wrap with nonstick spray.
  3. Bake 2 minutes; set aside.
  4. In 8-inch nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Cook and stir pears and cranberries in butter 3 to 4 minutes until softened. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Heat to boiling; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Divide pear mixture evenly among won ton cups. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until wraps are golden brown and crisp. Cool in pans 5 minutes.
  6. Remove and place on wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
