2 pkgs Nasoya® Pasta Zero Spaghetti or Nasoya® Pasta Zero Angel Hair
3 tbsp fresh lime juice, about 1 whole lime
5 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp agave
1/4 tsp fresh lime zest
1 cup slivered English cucumber, about 1/2
1 cup slivered radishes, about 8
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
3 tsp white or black sesame seeds (optional)


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, agave, and zest.
  2. Rinse the noodles in a strainer with cool water for 30 seconds. Drain very well and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the clump of noodles in half using a knife or scissors. Transfer noodles to the mixing bowl and add sliced cucumbers, radishes, green onions, and cilantro.
  3. Toss noodles with dressing and vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
