1/2 cup cashews
1 clove garlic
half a lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tbsp parmesan
3 to 4 tablespoons any type of milk

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews in hot water for 3-4 hours
  2. Strain the cashews and combine all ingredients in a food processor - Garlic, lemon, olive oil, pepper, parmesan, 3 or 4 tbs of any type of milk
  3. Pour over Nasoya Pasta Zero Fettuccini
