Ingredients

Nasoya Mexican Superfood Skillet
Nasoya Kimchi Relish
Street taco size tortillas
Vegan grated cheese
Nasoya Mexican Superfood Skillet
Vegan butter
Salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. While the oven is heating up, combine Nasoya Mexican Superfood skillets, vegan cheese
  2. Coat your pan with vegan butter so the tortillas do not stick to the pan. Sprinkle with salt. Place fully built mini quesadillas onto the pan and pop into the oven. Tortillas should be flat at this point.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and fold in half and press together gently.
  4. Remove from the pan and let cool. Serve with a side of Nasoya Kimchi Relish
