Ingredients

1/2 pkg (8 oz) Nasoya® Organic Silken Tofu
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. In medium bowl, whisk together tofu, milk, oil, vanilla, and egg. Stir in oats, flour, baking powder, and salt until just blended.
  2. Grease or oil griddle or 10-inch skillet with vegetable oil or shortening. Heat griddle to 375°F or heat skillet over medium heat. For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
  3. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges. Turn; cook other sides until golden brown.
  4. Top with syrup or berries.
