1 pkg Nasoya® TofuBaked, Sesame Ginger, cut into chunks
1 pkg spring salad mix
1 cup shredded carrots
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 avocado, cut into chunks
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
1 tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Place sliced almonds on a sheet pan and toast in a 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Watch them carefully and remove them from the oven as soon as they are slightly brown. Put aside to cool.
  2. Wash and dry the spring mix and add to a bowl. Add in shredded carrots, cooled sliced almonds, mandarin oranges, and avocado chunks. Toss gently with your favorite dressing.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
