Ingredients

1 pkg (8 oz) Nasoya® TofuBaked, Chipotle, crumbled
1 can (14 oz) vegetarian refried beans
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 container (8 oz)  refrigerated guacamole
1 cup salsa
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives, drained
Sliced green onions
Tortilla chips

Preparation

  1. In medium bowl, stir together refried beans and lime juice. Spread beans on bottom of serving plate or 13x9-inch baking dish. Layer tofu, guacamole, salsa, cheese, and olives over beans. Sprinkle with green onion. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
