1 pkg Nasoya® Firm Tofu, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
4 to 6 hamburger buns


  1. Heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic, and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add tofu and soy sauce. Saute for 5 minutes or until tofu starts to brown. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, and cumin powder.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot on toasted hamburger buns.
