Ingredients

1 pkg (8 oz) Nasoya® TofuBaked, Chipotle, crumbled
1 lb ground turkey
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 slices pepper jack cheese
6 tbsp guacamole
6 hamburger buns
Sliced onion, sliced tomato and Leaf lettuce
Chipotle mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  2. In large bowl, mix turkey, tofu, chilies, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper with hands until blended. Shape into 6 patties.
  3. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Place patties on grill over medium-high heat. Cover grill; cook 9 to 12 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reaches 165°F. Top burgers with cheese slices during the last minute of grilling.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon guacamole on bottom half of each bun. Top with burger, onion, tomato, lettuce, and chipotle mayonnaise. Serve immediately.
