Spicy Mexican-Korean Fusion Bowl

1 cup uncooked rice
1 Nasoya Superfood Skillet Mexican
1 Nasoya Spicy Kimchi
1 cup bean sprouts
Scallion, to taste
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Sesame seed, to taste
1 tsp olive oil
- Prepare rice per package directions.
- Heat up Nasoya Superfood Skillet, Mexican in a pan with olive oil
- Prepare veggies.
- Add rice to the bowl, and top with Nasoya Spicy Kimchi, Nasoya Superfood Skillet, Mexican, avocado sand cucumber slices, and bean sprouts.
- Drizzle vegan gochujang over ingredients and sprinkle a pinch of sesame seed.
