Optional: Cayenne Pepper
Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

  1. In your favorite sesame or olive oil, pan fry dumplings for three minutes on each side over medium heat. Create an oil pocket using two teaspoons of oil and toast one to two tablespoon of sesame seeds - black, golden, and/or while. With a spatula, toss and coat dumplings with the toasted sesame seeds.
  2. Add one tablespoon of freshly chopped ginger. Sprinkle one to two teaspoons of your favorite tamari and give dumplings a quick pan sear. Continue to toss ingredients with spatula.
  3. Add your desired amount of Thai basil leaves - fresh from the herb garden, even better. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Garnish with fresh - squeezed lime juice.
