1/2 pkg Nasoya® Extra Firm Tofu, or Nasoya® Extra Firm Twin Pack, or Nasoya® Organic Firm Tofu, pressed and crumbled
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 12-inch store bought pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
2 scallions, thinly sliced


1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce or 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 tsp honey or agave nectar
1/4 tsp ground ginger


2 tbsp chopped mango
2 tbsp chopped peanuts
1 tbsp chopped cilantro


  1. Preheat oven according to pizza baking directions.
  2. Place sauce ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix 3 tablespoons of the sauce into the crumbled tofu and saute in oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Spread remaining sauce over pizza crust and top with sauteed tofu, cheese, broccoli, and scallions.
  5. Bake according to pizza crust directions or until cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with chopped mango, peanuts, and cilantro.
