Ingredients
1/4 cup Nasoya® Organic Silken Tofu
1 packet (3.5 oz) frozen acai
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp agave syrup, optional
Sliced fresh strawberries to garnish
Granola to garnish
Preparation
- Place the packet of acai under hot water according to package directions to let it defrost slightly. Place in the blender with the tofu and raspberries. Blend until thick and creamy. Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with agave, if desired. Top with granola and fresh berries.
