1/2 pkg Nasoya® Organic Silken Tofu, about 1 cup
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk from a can
2 tsp agave syrup
1/2 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup granola
About 6 sliced strawberries


  1. Place the tofu, coconut milk, agave, and banana in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Mix in the chia seeds, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer, up to overnight.
  2. When ready to serve, stir the tofu mixture and spoon half of it into a parfait cup, top with a layer of berry slices and granola, add another layer of tofu, berries, and granola. Serve immediately.
