Tofu Pasta Salad

Nasoya extra firm tofu marinated in vinegar
½ tsp olive oil
crushed red pepper
Use any vegan or plant-based pasta
Add mint for a summertime flavor
- Cook vegan pasta of choice until soft.
- Chop Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu into small squares and marinate in vinegar in small bowl as you prepare the additional ingredients.
- Combine the pasta and marinated tofu into a bowl with ½ tsp olive oil, ½ tsp tahini, dash of italian spices, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
- Add a dash of mint for an additional summertime flavor.
