1 block Nasoya Super Firm Tofu
Tamara
Maple Syrup
Chili Paste
Ginger
Garlic Sauce
Fresh broccoli
Fresh Carrots
Jasmine Rice

Preparation

  1. 1 block of Nasoya Super Firm tofu pre pressed and air fried
  2. Cook the sliced tofu in a sauce made of the following: 1 tbs tamari, ½ tsp maple syrup, ½ tsp chili paste, Dash of ginger, ½ tsp garlic sauce
  3. Slice, cut, and wash fresh broccoli - add to sauce
  4. Cut and add fresh carrots to sauce
  5. Add in fried tofu once sauce is warm
  6. Add a side of jasmine rice
