Ingredients

1 pkg (8 oz) Nasoya® TofuBaked, Chipotle, crumbled
1/2 cup salsa
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp ground cumin
4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced black olives
Sour cream, if desired

Preparation

  1. In 1-cup measure, whisk together salsa, cilantro, oil, and cumin.
  2. In large bowl, combine, lettuce, tofu, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and olives.
  3. Toss with salsa mixture until coated.
  4. Garnish with sour cream.
  5. Serve in a prepared taco bowl or on top of tortilla chips.
