½ block Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu
Dried Basil
Vegan Mayo
Bread
Tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Grill two slices of tofu until brown on stove top
  2. Coat 1 tsp dried basil to grilled tofu
  3. Spread vegan mayo and pesto on the tofu and bread
  4. Add two slices of fresh tomato
  5. Place the sandwich stove top until bread is crispy and brown
  6. Serve and enjoy!
