Ingredients

1 package Nasoya Mexican Superfood Skillets
1 package Nasoya Wonton Wrappers

Preparation

  1. Heat Superfood Skillet in a pan.
  2. Remove from heat and chill.
  3. Lightly brush edges of one wonton wrapper with water. Place one heaping spoonful of filling in center of wrapper. Fold wrapper over filling, pressing edges with a fork to seal.
  4. Place empanadas on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy.
