When you buy our wrap products, inside the package you will find easy step-by-step instructions and recipes on how to wrap and roll but here’s a sneak peak! And we have also come up with unconventional ways to use our wraps…so let’s wrap and roll!

Won Ton Wraps


Traditional Won Tons

  • Place filling in the center of the wrap
  • Fold in half
  • Moisten the edges with water, butter, or egg whites
  • Press and seal
  • Attach both corners together and brush with water, butter, or egg whites.
  • Press and seal

Ravioli

  • Place filling in the center of the won ton wrap
  • Place a second wrap on top
  • Brush edges with water, butter, or egg whites
  • Press and seal
  • Crimp edges with a fork

Cups

  • Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
  • Insert a wrap into each individual slot
  • Brush or spray edges with non-stick cooking spray, butter, or egg whites
  • Cook and enjoy!
  • Ideas: You can either bake these cups as is and let them cool before filling or fill them before you bake them. See our recipe for mini-quiche

Poppers

  • Brush or spray edges of the wrap with non-stick cooking spray, butter, or egg whites
  • Place filling in the center of the wrap
  • Pull corners toward the center to make a point and pinch the top to seal

Purses

  • Brush or spray edges of the wrap with non-stick cooking spray, butter, or egg whites
  • Place filling in the center of the wrap
  • Pull corners toward the center and pinch below the tops to make a purse like bundle

Triangles...or as we like to call them, pillows!

  • Place filling in the center of the won ton wrap
  • Fold in half
  • Brush edges with water, butter, or egg whites
  • Press and seal

Baked Chips

  • Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  • Place the wraps in a single layer
  • Brush or spray the wraps with non-stick cooking spray, butter, or egg whites
  • Bake in the oven at 375 for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown
  • Season with salt & pepper and enjoy!

Round Wraps
 

Traditional Dumplings

  • Place filling in the center of the round wrap
  • Moisten the edges with water, butter, or egg whites
  • Fold in half to form a semi-circle
  • Starting at one end, pinch curved edges closed with your thumb and finger.
  • Turn wrap seam side up to cook.

Cups

  • Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
  • Insert a round wrap into each individual slot
  • Brush or spray edges with non-stick cooking spray, butter, or egg whites
  • Cook and enjoy!

Tortillas

  • Fry 2-3 wraps at a time in a skillet
  • Cook 15-20 seconds on each side
  • Remove and drain oil on paper towel.
  • Season with salt & pepper

Egg Roll Wraps


Traditional Egg Rolls

  • Place the wrap down so that it looks like a diamond
  • Place the filling diagonally on the wrap
  • Fold the bottom corner over filling half way
  • Fold up both sides snugly against the filling
  • Moisten the edges with water, butter, or egg whites
  • Roll over flap to seal
  • Lay flap side down and cook
  • Starting at one end, pinch curved edges closed with your thumb and finger.
  • Turn wrap seam side up to cook.

Calzone

  • Place filling into the center of the wrap
  • Moisten the edges with water, butter, or egg whites
  • Fold into a triangle shape and press to seal
  • Place on a coated baking sheet
  • Spray or brush non-stick cooking spray, butter, or egg whites to the tops
  • Cook and enjoy!

Roll Ups

  • Moisten the edges with water, butter, or egg whites
  • Place the filling on one end of the wrap
  • Roll it up and tuck the corner underneath the bundle.
