Ingredients:
1 pkg Nasoya organic Tofu Super Firm (vacuum-packed)
2 cup teriyaki sauce
4 green pepper chunks
4 red bell chunks
4 zucchini slices
4 onion chunks
4 tomato chunks
Preparation Method: Drain and pat tofu dry. Cut into large cubes. Place cubes onto skewers, alternating with vegetables to make colorful arrangement. Pour teriyaki sauce over kabobs. Allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes (best if overnight). Grill until brown and fragrant. Enjoy!
