Cut up the squash, seed and dice up the insides. Coat with Olive Oil and lightly salt. Spread in single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake or broil until soft. Let cool. Put cooled squash cubes into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the silken tofu and blend. Add seasonings and broth until you get the consistency you are looking for. Heat in a saucepan and add Parmesan cheese.
Serve over pasta, ravioli or tortellini. Also try incorporating it over Nasoya noodles and wraps!
