To Press: Place the tofu between two paper towels and place on a plate
Press the tofu by using a couple heavy cans, book, or pan for about 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Add the tofu to a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and add the beef, bread crumbs, seasoning mix, and egg white. Mix well and shape into a loaf. Place in a lightly oiled 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mix the topping ingredients together and spread on the loaf. Bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!
