Nasoya
1 pkg Nasoya Firm Tofu, drained and crumbled
1 pkg Nasoya Round Wraps
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
8 water chestnuts finely chopped
2 green onions finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Sesame oil
Chili oil
Water
Combine tofu, cabbage, water chestnuts, green onions, ginger, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and salt in bowl mix well. Use 1 teaspoon filling for each dumpling. Place filling in center of wrap. Moisten edge of wrap fold wrap in half over filling to form semi-circle. Starting at one end, pinch curve edges closed with thumb and finger. In large pot, bring water to boil add dumplings, 8 to 10 at a time. After they rise to surface, simmer 4 minutes. Drain and place on serving plate. Serve with soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil for dipping.
