Key Lime Pie - Nasoya Silken Style Creations

1 pkg Nasoya Silken Style Creations Vanilla
9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
2 tbls corn starch or arrowroot
6 tbls freshly squeezed key lime juice (approximately ½ lb key limes)
2 tbls water
Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 375˚ F. Blend the water and cornstarch into a medium bowl. Blend the Nasoya® Vanilla Silken Style Creations into the bowl. Mix in the lime juice. Pour into the pie shell. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
