6 Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps
3 cups lettuce, shredded
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced thin
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
1 cup shredded cheese

Optional Toppings:
Sour cream
Black olives
Cilantro sprigs

On medium high, heat oil in skillet. Add wraps one at a time and fry about 30 seconds per side until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.

Divide lettuce over the 6 wraps. Add avocado, onion, and tomatoes on top of lettuce. Top with shredded chicken. Sprinkle with chopped olives and sheese.Top with sour cream and cilantro sprigs. Serve with salsa.
