Nayonaise, Nayonaise Light

Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free

Nasoya


3/4 cup Nasoya Nayonaise Original or fat Free Original Spread
12 medium red potatoes
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup pickles or green olives, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 tsp curry powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
2 tsps prepared mustard
3 cups potatoes, cooked and diced

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together, chill and serve.
