Shirataki Vegetable Noodle Soup

Shirataki Noodles

1 pkg Nasoya® Pasta Zero Shirataki Fettuccine Noodles
2 cups of reduced sodium Vegetable broth
½ cup carrots, chopped
½ cup green beans, chopped
¼ cup onions, chopped
¼ cup celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Drain and rinse noodles. Cut noodles in half. In a pot, add the broth and veggies and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium and cook for 7 minutes, or until veggies are tender.

Add the noodles to the pot and cook for five minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
