Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

- 1 head cauliflower
- 8 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese
- ½ cup Nasoya Silken Tofu
- ½ to ¾ Cup Buffalo wing sauce (to taste)
- ½ cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
Steam cauliflower until fork tender. Combine cauliflower with remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined to desired texture. Serve with cut veggies or chips.
