Cashew Sesame Tofu

  • ½ pkg Nasoya Extra Firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup steamed veggies (broccoli, green beans, baby carrots)
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 cloves mashed fresh garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 diced green onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbs cashew butter
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds salt to taste
Preparation Method: 

Heat oil over medium heat in stir fry pan. Add tofu and cook until thoroughly warmed. Add garlic, green onion, and cumin. Cook about 2 mins and toss in veggies. Once stirred together, add cashew butter and toss well as to coat all ingredients. Lastly add cilantro and sesame seeds. Allow to cook another minute and add sea salt to taste.
