Ingredients: 
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 cup Nasoya silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (1 if you want it to have a mild taste, 2 if you want more of a kick)
  • ½ tsp adobo sauce (from the can of peppers)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes, plus a sprinkle more for topping
Preparation Method: 

 

1. Drain, rinse & pat dry the chickpeas.

2. Put everything in a food processor until smooth and fully combined.

3. Serve as a dip with pita chips or veggies, or as a sandwich/burrito spread.
