- ¼ cup soy creamer
- 1 cup semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon clear Creme de Cacao
In 1-quart saucepan, heat soy creamer over medium-high heat just until bubbles begin to appear around edges. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Let sit for about a minute to melt chocolate and then whisk together to completely combine, adding Creme de Cacao at the end. Let cool to room temperature.
