Ingredients: 
  • 1 pkg Nasoya Silken tofu
  • 2 cups fresh or canned tomatoes- chopped
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp basil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1 bay leaf
Preparation Method: 

Directions:

In a pot, mix together tomatoes, celery, onion, bay leaf, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Blend in tofu and oil.
