Frosts one 9-inch-by-9-inch cake
- 1 cup Nasoya Firm Tofu (½ pkg)
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothy and creamy.
