Ingredients: 
  • 1 pkg Nasoya Silken tofu
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 9-inch pie shell, baked
Preparation Method: 

In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into the baked pie shell. Decorate with semi sweet chocolate shavings or curls. Freeze. Before serving, let thaw for about 10 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
