- ¼ cup toasted coconut
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
- 1 fresh lime, peel and pith removed
- 1 package Nasoya Silken Tofu
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar (sweeten to your taste)
- 6 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.
