Pan-Fried Tofu with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients: 
  • 1 pkg Nasoya Firm Tofu
  • 1 cup peanut sauce
  • Cornstarch
  • Crushed red pepper to taste
  • Oil for pan frying
  • Salt to taste
Preparation Method: 

Drain and pat tofu dry. Cut into triangles, about ½-inch thick evenly dust with cornstarch. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add tofu pan-fry until both sides are golden, but not brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt. Arrange tofu, overlapping, on serving platter. In small bowl, combine peanut sauce and crushed red pepper if desired. Serve with tofu triangles.
