Ingredients: 
  • ¾ cup Nasoya Nayonaise Original or fat Free Original Spread
  • 12 medium red potatoes
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • ¼ cup pickles or green olives, chopped
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsps prepared mustard
  • 3 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
Preparation Method: 

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together, chill and serve.
