Ingredients: 
  • 1 ½ cups Nasoya Silken Tofu
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin, well chilled
  • 2 cups ice cold water
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Preparation Method: 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or place the entire blender into the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
