- 1 ½ cups Nasoya Silken Tofu
- 1 cup canned pumpkin, well chilled
- 2 cups ice cold water
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or place the entire blender into the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
