Sesame Tofu Stir Fry

  • 1 pkg Nasoya® Super Firm tofu
  • 1 tbls toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbls reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbls balsamic vinegar
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 can mini corn on the cob
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbls sesame seeds
Preparation Method: 

Place tofu block between two paper towels and press firmly with both hands. (Pressing excess water out of the tofu will result in a firmer texture.) Cut the tofu into triangles. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a non-stick skillet. Cook tofu for 4 minutes on both sides. Add the remaining ingredients in and cook until veggies are tender. Enjoy as is or toss the filling in a wrap!
