  • 1 pkg Nasoya Won Ton Wraps
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 scallion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ lb cooked shrimp peeled and chopped
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 cup corn oil for frying
Preparation Method: 

In bowl combine cream cheese, scallion, garlic, hot pepper sauce and salt. Add the shrimp. Beat the egg white and brush the edges of the won ton wraps with the egg white. Place 1 tsp of filling in to the center of the won ton wrap. Pull corners toward the center to make a point. Repeat with remaining ingredients. In a heavy saucepan, heat the corn oil to 375° (F). In batches, fry the won tons for 1 minute, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Sauce: In a bowl, combine pineapple fruit spread, Dijonaise, and ginger spice. Serve with poppers. Serving Size, 1 popper
