Spicy Tofu Wraps

Ingredients: 
  • ¼ pkg Nasoya Lite Firm tofu 
  • 2 Tbs (organic) ketchup
  • a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce
  • 1 cabbage leaf

A dash of:

  • garlic powder 
  • onion powder
  • chili powder 
  • sea salt 
Preparation Method: 

Press out tofu's excess water. Mix together the ketchup and hot sauce in a small bowl, and set aside. Meanwhile, in a non-stick or cast-iron skillet, saute your tofu and add spices. Saute until browned and starting to crisp. Transfer cooked tofu to the ketchup mixture and stir/toss to coat. Put the tofu-ketchup mixture into your cabbage leaf, and enjoy!
