Thai Tofu Pizza

  • ½ cup Thai peanut sauce or 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger


  • ½ package Nasoya® extra-firm or firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 12-inch store bought pre-baked pizza crust
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced


  • 2 tablespoons chopped mango
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Preparation Method: 

Preheat oven according to pizza baking directions. Place sauce ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Mix 3 tablespoons of the sauce into the crumbled tofu and saute in 2 the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Spread remaining sauce over pizza crust and top with sauted tofu, cheese, broccoli and scallions. Bake according to pizza crust directions or until cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped mango, peanuts and cilantro.
