Tofu & Vegetable Pho made with Pasta Zero
- Pasta Zero Spaghetti Noodles
- Fresh Shitake Mushrooms
- Nasoya Firm Tofu
- White Miso Paste
- Lemongrass Paste
- Thai Basil
Make the vegetable broth by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil.
Divide Pasta Zero Noodles among serving bowls, layer cilantro leaves on top of noodles, as desired.
Cook vegetables one at a time in salted water until reach desired doneness, removing them from broth as they are cooked and layer in serving bowls on top of noodles. While vegetables are cooking cut tofu into cubes and layer onto of vegetables. Garnish with Thai Basil and watercress.
Once all vegetables have been cooked in the broth add miso paste and lemongrass to taste. Ladle broth into each bowl and enjoy!
