Nicole is the blogger behind Pumps & Iron, a healthy lifestyle blog that shares workouts, recipes, fitness tips and more. After graduating from UNC: Chapel Hill with a degree in English, she decided to combine her love of writing with her deep passion for health. It started as a hobby, but soon Pumps & Iron turned into a career and she left behind the nine-to-five life for good. Nicole is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and teaches Lagree Fitness classes at a studio in Boston.
